The Lagos Food Security Systems & Central Logistics Hub (LAFSINCO) is a 1.2 million square meter integrated food security, cold-chain, warehousing and logistics ecosystem being developed in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The project is being developed through a partnership involving Lagos State and Origin Tech Group Nigeria and is positioned as one of the largest food security and logistics infrastructure developments in Sub-Saharan Africa.
According to Lagos State Government Communications, the first operational phase is targeted for completion in 2026. The development is designed to strengthen food security, reduce post-harvest losses, improve agricultural supply chains, and support uninterrupted food distribution for millions of Lagos residents.
The ecosystem combines:
